For Screen printing
Print cost usually depends on the size of the print and the number of colors that are there in the design. Although a regular print such as 1 color print may range from Php50 to Php70 for the size of approx. A4 size (8×11 inches). An additional charge may also apply most especially for special inks such as emboss, neon prints, gold or silver paste & plastisol inks.
For Digital Printing
there are 4 types to choose from
-Heat press light transfer – recommended for white shirts
-Heat press Dark transfer – recommended for colored and dark shirts
-Heat press Rubberized print – recommended for both white and colored shirts.
-Heat press Sublimation print – recommended for white shirts
The printing cost for this specific process varies either if it’s on A4 (8×11 inches) or A3 size (11×16 inches). But for this type or printing process, printing cost usually ranges from Php100to Php400.
Products such as Tumbler, Mugs, Passport Holder, Mousepads, Puzzle, and Sublimated glass don’t require minimum orders that’s why it’s perfect for gift ideas.
However, items that belong to the corporate giveaways require 12pcs to 50pcs minimum orders. These are products like Keychain, Sticky notes, Notebooks, Button pins, Lanyards, Id’s, etc.
Digital printing is a new type or printing process. It’s composed of a computer, printer, and a heat press machine. The design is printed on a printer using special ink and pressed directly onto the product such as shirts, jackets and other items like mugs, jugs, etc.
While Screen printing is a long process that requires a fine mesh and inks. The ink is more concentrated and thicker as a result in brighter colors even on darker shirts.
